How can I get multiple rib colors on my seat cover?
When your designing your cover, select one color rib and then specify the desired rib color from front to back in the “additional notes box”. For example, choose black ribs and then in the additional notes box type “first rib red”. That’s it!
Does the customizer show what my seat cover will actually look like?
The Thrill Seekers seat customizer is strictly a visual representation of the seat cover you are choosing to order. It is not an exact replica of your seat or seat cover. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding a color or pattern.
Are there more options for customizing?
Custom seat covers can only be created in the colors and patterns that are listed on our online customizer. We do not do custom patterns at this time. New patterns and colorways are added frequently to keep things fresh!
What is the difference between the pattern material & gripper?
Our solid color materials are a specially made rubberized gripper fabric that we call “mega grip”. The name speaks for itself…
Our camo, checkered, cheetah, serape and other designs are sublimated on durable poly-based material. This material is slightly less grippy, but showcases the fine lines of our designs made for the ones who like things a little funkier 🙂
How do I locate my order confirmation email?
1. CHECK YOUR INBOX. Automatic emails are sent at the time of each purchase to the email provided during the checkout process.
2. If you can’t locate that email, check your spam folder that is usually where they hide 🙂

Can I change my order after it is placed?

At this time, we do not offer any expedited services.
Our pre-made covers, clothing and accessories (ready to ship items) will be sent out of our HQ in 1-2 business days.
All of our custom made seat covers are custom cut and sewn in house after your purchase. We make all of our custom grippers in daily batches that go through several processes together. This includes: sorting, tracing & cutting, a multi-step sewing process, quality check, folding/packaging, and finally shipping. When will my order ship?
Custom Seat Covers take approx 6-9 business days to make at Thrill Seekers in San Diego, and are then shipped to Australia in bulk every week. We then ship these direct to you with tracking once landed in Australia.
Orders with ONLY pre-made covers, clothing or accessories will be shipped within 2 business days.
YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. Meaning if you place your order on a Friday, your order will be processed on the following Monday. Please count your business days before contacting us 🙂
International / Customs Questions:
We ship EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD. If you live there/ play there / stay there / party there / whatever.. we will SHIP TO YOU!!
SHIPPING COST, HOWEVER, IS FOR POSTAGE ALONE. PACKAGES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS OR DUTIES UPON ARRIVAL IN COUNTRY. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately Thrill Seekers has no control over this.
Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service.
My package is marked as "delivered" but I can't find it?!
THRILL SEEKERS IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
Once the package has been picked up from our HQ the postal service assumes all liability.
DON’T FREAK OUT! We suggest to look around your mail box, neighbors, back doors or anywhere they could have placed it. If you still can’t locate the package, call the postal service and give them your tracking number. They may be able to give you some more information. Sometimes if they can’t find a “safe” place for it they take it back to the nearest post office and it may be available for pickup.
Help! I messed up my shipping address during checkout.
BEFORE SHIPMENT: Please notify us IMMEDIATELY if the wrong address was inputted during checkout so we can update it before shipping.
AFTER SHIPMENT: If the item is already shipped then we are not liable for lost package or delivered packages.
We will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if lost for wrong addresses. It is up to the customer to give correct information. No exceptions. So, double check yo’ order 🙂
How do I clean a Thrill Seekers seat cover?
STEP 1: Remove your seat from the bike and lean against wall (This allows the seat foam to drain after getting wet, instead of absorbing moisture and getting HEAVY!)
STEP 2: Fill up a bucket with soap & water
STEP 3: Get a cleaning brush, dip it in the soapy water and SCRUB A DUB DUB.
STEP 4: Spray off the soap with a hose.
STEP 5: Let seat dry for 1-2 hours
STEP 6: Bolt your seat back on and go SHRED!
This is the best way to keep your colors true and your cover fresh!
DO NOT use heavy degreasers when cleaning.

Each of our custom gripper seat covers are hand crafted and made to order. Therefore, we do NOT accept returns or refunds on these items.
