SHIPPING TURNAROUND
Orders consisting of only apparel, accessories or pre-made covers will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If the order is placed on a Friday, it will be processed Monday.
Custom MX Seat Covers will be shipped within 6-9 BUSINESS days, then shipped in bulk to us in Australia (another approx 3-7 business days).
If the order is placed on a Friday, it will be processed Monday. Business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays as well as holidays. Please calculate your BUSINESS days before contacting us regarding the timeline of your seat cover.
LOST PACKAGES
Thrill Seekers Australia. is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking confirms the package as “DELIVERED” at the address provided, then neither the carrier service nor Thrill Seekers is liable. All of our packages are scanned throughout the shipping process. Your package is scanned in at your mailbox before it is delivered. We recommend signing up for text or email updates on the tracking page. It is possible that the postman dropped it off at a neighbours.
Please be sure to check with your neighbors and local postman for miss delivered packages. We cannot file a lost claim on your behalf. Contact the shipping provider Australia Post, DHL etc.
MIS-DELIVERY OR WRONG ADDRESS
Please notify us immediately if the wrong address was inputted during checkout so we can update it before shipping. If the item is already shipped then we are not liable for lost package or delivered packages. We recommend immediately calling Australia Post to change the delivery address. We cannot do this for you. Only the recipient on the package can call and change the delivery address. We will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if lost for wrong addresses. It is up to the client to give correct information. No exceptions. All returned “Invalid Address” packages will be charged a $10 restocking fee.

CUSTOM SEAT COVERS
Each of our Custom gripper seat covers are hand crafted and made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns on these items. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at sales@thrillseekersaus.com.
PRE-MADE SEAT COVERS
Pre-made seat covers are hand crafted then stocked in bulk. If you have chosen an incorrect cover for your model bike, you have 7 business days to return the cover at your expense, and it must not have any staple marks and be in brand new retail condition. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at sales@thrillseekersaus.com.
